When you request an account link, we process your email address through Supabase in order to sign you in and manage access to purchased digital guides. Access records may include your user ID, guide ID, payment status and relevant timestamps.

We use this information only to provide the requested service, manage access, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

The website stores your language choice in local storage and a cookie. The shopping cart is stored in local storage so it remains available between visits. These functions are necessary for the choices you make on the site and are not used for advertising.

Stripe processes digital-guide payments under its own privacy terms. Arkitekten receives the information needed to confirm the purchase, but does not store full card details. Supabase provides authentication, database and private audio storage services.

You may ask what personal data we hold about you and request correction or deletion where applicable. You may also object to or request restriction of processing. Contact us using the details above. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

Access to a digital guide is personal and must not be shared or redistributed. Audio, text, photographs and design remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Complete delivery and returns terms for physical goods will be published and reviewed by the owner before physical-product checkout is opened.
